On 4 March 2024, at about 11 20, fire broke out at the U Myo Kyaw's (30x15) house located in Toechae(5) Street, Myoma(2) Ward, Nyaunglaypin Township, Bago District, Bago Region . It was investigated that started from cooking and spread near by the bamboo wall. Upon the information, fire stations from  Nyaunglaypin Township Fire Station was dispatched to the fire. The fire was completely extinguished at 11 40. Due to the fire, (30x15) house burned. The Nyaunglaypin Township police station has opened a case according to the section 285 of the penal code against the U Myo Kyaw, the owner of the house for his negligence.
