191 Report Mobile application has been developed by Mr. Myat Linn Mg Mg and team, a sub-company of novamm and a main company by Turn Partner Myanmar (TPM). We strongly believe in the importance of being able to control who gets what information and how the information will be used. The information we collect here is for creating accurate user profile in 191 Report Mobile Application for the incident report purpose only.
What Information Do We Collect on 191Report And When Do We Collect It?
We may collect the following Personal Information of the users upon registration:
• Mobile Number: The primary requirement of the user profile is a mobile number. Once the user has reported the incident of fire or other emergency, we need a mobile number to contact and take necessary action by fire department.
•Username, National Registration Card, User Photo: This is an optional requirement and based on the decision of users whether they would like to disclose their personal information. However, we do recommend to input the information to complete the user profile in which we will use this for the Award System in the future.
• User GPS Location, time and camera : Upon the incident report of user, we will collect users’ GPS location, time and camera photos of the incidents to get precise information of the level of emergency as well as location details so that we can cascade the information to nearest fire station and to take action in timely manner. We understand user privacyby not collecting users’ private information as well as the information user not preferred to share.
The fire department is responsible for protecting the public’s life, property as well as the resources of the country, the information must be collected in a timely and precise manner. And thus 191 Report Mobile Application plays a critical role in collection such information. And to have high quality information in this 191 Report Mobile Application, the users are responsible to input the correct information as well.
