On 3.1.2024 at about 01 00, FSD received the report that a fire broke out by the owner of U Kyaw Lwin's  (10'x30') 2 storey building in Thamardhi Road, N0(4) Quarter, Myawaddy Township, Kayin State. The fire started from the candlelight overheated  . According to the report, firefighters from Myawaddy District fire station and Myawaddy auxiliary fire station extinguished the fire with 8 fire engines and at about 01 25 , the fire was completely out. Due to the fire,  the ceiling of the ground floor of the 2 storey building was burned and U Kyaw Lwin was opened the file in accordance with 285, Pa (6/2024) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Myawaddy Township Police Station.
