On 26.7.2023 at about 1 15, a fire broke out at U Yaw Han's (25'x40') house at above-mentioned location. The fire started from motor engine overheated and spread to the clothes. According to the report at about 1 20, 68 firefighters and 18 auxiliary firefighters from the fire stations in Yangon Region with an administrative vehicle, 9 firefighting vehicles, 3 water bowsers and a  supporting vehicle extinguished the fire using 4,000 gallons of water and at about 1 56, the fire was completely out. Due to the fire, a motor engine and the wires were burned and the owner U Yaw Han was opened the file in accordance with 285, Pa (152/2023) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Hmawbi Myoma Police Station.
