On February 8, 2025, at approximately 7:35 AM, a fire broke out at a (20x15) ft, single-story brick-walled house  located in No. (1) Industrial Zone, Wundwin Township, Mandalay Region. The house was owned by U Toe Toe and rented by U Aung Nay Myo. The fire started from a cooking stove placed near the wall, causing the flames to spread to the wall. According to the report, firefighters from the Wundwin Township Fire Station, along with auxiliary firefighters, extinguished the fire by using 1 fire truck and 1 water bowser. The fire was successfully extinguished at 7:47 AM. Due to the fire, (20x15) ft house was destroyed. The tenant, U Aung Nay Myo, has been charged under Section 285 of the Penal Code at Wundwin Township Police Station (Case No. (P) 9/2025).
