On July 31, 2024, at approximately 9:00 AM, due to heavy rainfall, soil erosion occurred along the Uto-Aphyauk road near mileposts (9/3) and (9/4) in Taikkyi Township, Yangon Region. Upon receiving the report, firefighters from Taikkyi Township Fire Station, in collaboration with relevant organizations, carried out sandbag reinforcement operations. The operation was successfully completed by 12:00 PM.
