On 21 February 2024, at about 12 34, Yangon region fire department received a report indicating that a car owned by U Kyaw Kyaw Oo caught a fire in 66 ward, Dagon Myothit (South) township, Yangon region. It is known that when the Bongo Potter II Light Truck Vehicle was moved, the battery terminal became detached from the ignition, emitting sparks that landed on the nearby engine oil, resulting in a fire. Upon the information, fire fighters and fire engines from Dagon Myothit (South) township fire station and Dagon Seikkan township fire station responded to the fire. The fire was completely extinguished at 12 50. Due to the fire,  1 Bongo Potter II Light Truck and 1 engine oil container with a capacity of 50 gallons were lost. It is learned that the Dagon Myothit (South) township Police station has opened a case under Section 285 of the Penal Code (Pa) 180/2024 against U Kyaw Kyaw Oo for his negligence.
