On 13.3.2023 at about 07 15 am, fire broke out at U Khin Mg's (20x50) feet RC 2-storeys building  in the Wartar Village, Sarbuutaung Village Tract, Hlegu Township, Yangon Region. The fire started from the inverter's batteries charging overload and spread to books. According to the report at about 07 24 am, 22 firefighters from the Hlegu Township fire station with 3 fire engines and 1 water bowser extinguished the fire using 10,000 gallons of water and at about 07 50 am, the fire was completely out. Due to the fire, (20x50) feet RC 2-storeys building and other materials in house were burned and the owner U Khin Mg was opened the file in accordance with 285, Pa (61/2023) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Hlegu Police Station.
