On 9.3.2023, a house fire broke out at above mention address. This  house was owned by the owner Daw Khin Thidar Oo. The  fire broke out due to air-con compressor overload and spread to the bamboo wall. According to the report, at about 10 10, the fire was extinguished by 3 firefighting vehicles, a water bowser and a administrative vehicle from Pyay District and Township  Fire Station and Pyay auxiliary fire station using 250,000 gallons of water. At about 10 30, the fire was completely extinguished. Due to the fire,  (16x27) house, (15x25) house, Toyota (RAV-4) car, a motorbike and (30x60) two storey building were burned and the owner Daw Khin Thidar Oo  was opened the file in accordance with 285, Pa (79/2023) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Pyay Myoma Police Station.
