On 31.1.2023 at about 07 50, Chanayetharsan township fire station received the information that the fire broke out at the house owned by U Aung Moe Shain in Chanayetharsan district, Mandalay region. It was investigated that the fire was caused by the fire residue of the furnace and spread to the nearby woodpile.3 administrative vehicles, 10 fire engines and 5 water bowsers and 30 fire fighters and 60 auxiliary fire fighters used about 20000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire, and the fire was extinguished at 08 15.As a result of the fire, one furnace building and the upper floor of the two-story building were partially destroyed. It is known that No 8 Township Police station, Chanayetharsan township has opened a case under Section 285 of the Penal Code against U Aung Moe Shain, the owner of the house.
