On 20.1.2023 at about 14 25, Muse district fire station received the information that the fire broke out at the hostel owned by U Sai Yi in Pan Khan village, Muse district, Shan State. It was investigated that the fire started from the overheated electric hair dryer and kettle. 1 administrative vehicle, 2 fire trucks, 9 water bowsers and 15 fire fighters and 30 auxiliary fire fighters used about 4000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire, and the fire was extinguished at 14 55. Due to the fire, the hostel was destroyed in the fire. It is known that the Muse township Police station has opened a case under Section 285 of the Penal Code against U Sai Yi, the owner of the hostel.
