On 13.11.2022 at about 07 55 am, a fire broke out due to the Air con Safeguard overload at (20'x60')  2 storeys RC building owned by Daw Than Shwe at Manpyay(14) Road, Manpyay(3) Ward, Thakayta Township, Yangon Region. According to the report at about 08 29, the fire was extinguished by 7 fire engines and 1 water bowser with 48 fire services personnel and 15 auxiliary fire members using 9,000 gallons of water. At about 08 29 am, the fire was completely out. Due to the fire, (20'x60')  2 storeys RC building and other things were burned and Daw Than Shwe was opened file in accordance with 285, Pa(309/2022) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Thakayta Myoma Police Station.
