On 4 March 2026 at 13:00 hours, a fire safety and prevention inspection was conducted at Nyaung Pin Lay Market, located in Ward (7), Lanmadaw Township, Yangon Region .The inspection was led by the Yangon Region Fire Services Department, Director U Min San Aye, together with auxiliary firefighters and relevant organizations. During the inspection, they examined the installation and condition of fire safety equipment inside and outside the market, the condition of electrical wiring and switches in the market stalls, the safety of electrical usage, the functionality of installed fire extinguishers, the availability of water in fire ponds within the market, and the water flow condition of fire hydrants.
