On November 14, 2025, at approximately 1:40 AM, a car fire broke out at the corner of Wayzayandar Road and Thitsa Road, Ward (3), South Okkalapa Township, Yangon Region. A Hilux Surf (gray) driven by U Yae Min Oo was traveling along Wayzayandar Road when its front-left tire burst. While continuing to drive, sparks ignited the tire and caused a fire. According to the report, firefighters and auxiliary firefighters from the South Okkalapa Township Fire Station responded with one fire engine. The fire was extinguished at 1:48 AM.As a result of the fire, the vehicle's front-left wheel, engine compartment, and interior were damaged and destroyed. The driver, U Yae Min Oo (55), has been charged by the South Okkalapa Myoma Police Station under Penal Code Section 285 (Case No. Pa 374/2025).
